Carl Michael Christian, Jr. born July 14, 1972, in Omaha, Nebraska, was taken from us way too soon; he passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023, in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 51. Carl Jr. was born to Carl M Christian Sr., and Eartha Faye Guillory-Christian. He accepted Christ at a young age. During his youth he took interest in and participated in the martial arts, earning a black belt in karate, and would sometimes think of himself as a young, black Bruce Lee — the renowned martial arts fighter — "only better looking," as Carl would say! Carl Jr. attended and graduate from Omaha Burke High School. Later he took up the trade of professional plumbing, working for Bang Plumbing in Omaha, before launching out on his own. He became self-employed as a top-notch independent plumber. Carl also had a passion for breeding dogs and restoring cars.
Two children were born to Carl Jr. from his union with Kealina Stewart: a son, Diante Stewart, and a daughter, Aubree M. Christian. Carl Jr. loved to travel and would do so when he could. He enjoyed laughter, making jokes and being around family celebrations, especially when there would be a lot of jokes, sarcasm, and dancing allowed. Just family being together, and him being a part of it, was his joy. He was most proud of his children and grandchildren. Their privilege of getting to know and be connected with his immediate family brought him the most joy. He leaves to cherish his memory, son, Diante Stewart (Lewisville, TX); daughter, Aubree Christian (Lewisville, TX); his children’s mother, Kealana Stewart; father, Carl M. Christian Sr.; mother, Eartha Faye GuilloryChristian; sisters, Theressa Christian and Nicole Christian (Chesapeake, VA); two grandchildren, Jakobi and Imani; aunts, uncles and a host of relatives and friends.
