John Butler was preceded in death by: Parents John J. and Tinnie Lee Butler, Wife Juanita F Butler, and son Michael D. Butler; Sisters Evelyn Crossley and Genevieve Biggs; Brothers Willie and Eugene Butler. 

Survived by sons: John E. Butler, Sugar Hill GA, David A. Butler, Nathaniel J. Butler and Anthony W (Yolanda) Butler; Daughter: Juanita F. (Jesse) Wilson; Sister Anna Mae Bates, All of Omaha, NE; 20 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives, family and friends.
