Leon is preceded in death by father, Johnie D. Allen and Della M. Moss, and sister Mary Dillingham.

The loved ones he leaves behind to cherish his wonderful memories include his brother: Herman Motley (Tulsa, OK), sisters: Bettye Tucker (Muskogee, OK), and Patsy Pettis (Gardena, CA); aunt: Ida Prayer; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
