Lester Carter Obituary

Lester Carter, Omaha NE died peacefully on January 27, 2022, at the age of 93. He was preceded in death by his parents, Zack Carter, Sr. and Clara Devers-Carter, his siblings Ethel Mae Carter, Frances Williams, Eliza Young Armstrong, Nancy Lee, Esaw and Jacob Devers, Z. H. Henderson, and Isaac Henderson. He is survived by his daughter Dorothy Louise Carter (Ft. Wayne, IN), sons Kenneth Dwayne (Bridgett) Bush, (Omaha, NE), Lawrence Ray (Robin) Bush (Hayward CA), Homer Dale Bush (Omaha,NE), and Reverend Toure (Kendra) Carter (Memphis, TN); brothers Zack (Linda) Carter, Jr. (Ft. Wayne, IN and Tommie Henderson(Vallejo, CA), sister Armanetta Hayes (Vallejo, CA) and numerous grandchildren and great-children, nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
